At FLASCA, our dedicated team of educators are passionate about creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to have fun. Our team brings a variety of skills, creativity and enthusiasm to the program, providing children with opportunities to learn, build friendships, explore their sense of agency through a play based setting (OSHC).
Bron
Coordinator
My name is Bron and I am the coordinator of FLASCA. I have been working in children's services (OSHC) for 5 years now and am qualified with a Diploma of School Age Education and Care and Diploma of Professional Dance (Elite Performance). Working with school-aged children in OSHC is a true passion of mine. I want to create a service where children feel like it’s a home away from home. In my experience, I am passionate about fostering children’s development, autonomy and interests during their time at OSHC.
Three fun facts about me:
1. I was born in South Africa and moved to Australia in 2007.
2. In 2018, I was an exchange student in Berlin, learning German.
3.I have almost 20 years of dance experience and danced pre-professionally.
Jasmine
Assistant Coordinator
Hi all! My name's Jasmine! My family is from Thailand and I love going back there for the delicious food and lovely people. I am studying Forensic Science at the moment which is super interesting and is way different than my job at FLASCA. In my spare time I love cooking, playing games and reading to wind down at the end of a long day. I love working at FLASCA because it gives me an opportunity to build so many fantastic relationships with the children! Seeing the children learn, grow and be happy fills my heart with so much warmth and really brings more fulfilment into my life.

Hi everyone! My name is Yasmin! I’m very proud to come from four beautiful cultures – Portugal, Mozambique, India and Fiji - and I even speak Portuguese! I absolutely love travelling, trying different foods, and experiencing new countries and cultures whenever I can. I am a soon to be qualified teacher, which I’m super excited about! Working as an Assistant Coordinator at FLASCA has helped me learn so much, meet incredible people, and build strong, meaningful relationships with the children. I can’t wait to continue travelling the world soon and keep exploring everything it has to offer!

Hollie
Hey, I’m Hollie! I’ve been working at FLASCA since April 2026. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney, majoring in Biology with a passion for wildlife conservation and the environment. I hope to build a career protecting wildlife and natural ecosystems and making a positive impact. Outside of university you’ll usually find me hanging out with friends, being active and exploring, especially the ocean where I love to swim, snorkel and surf. I love being outside, meeting new people and trying new things. Being part of FLASCA has been an incredibly rewarding experience and I look forward to continuing to help create a fun, welcoming and supportive environment for everyone!

G’day everyone, I’m Hugh. I started working at FLASCA half way through 2026 and have thoroughly enjoyed it so far. I’m from Orange, NSW and have moved to Sydney to study Veterinary Science at university. In my spare time I enjoy reading and I especially love getting outdoors, going camping and exploring natural landscapes like beaches and bush walks. I also love playing and watching sport, in particular NRL, rugby and cricket. I love sport and games because of how they can bring people together in friendship and support, and I hope to contribute that sort of connection and enjoyment to FLASCA.

HI. my name is Logan and I have been working at FLASCA since the start of 2025. I am originally from Merimbula, on the Far South Coast of NSW. I moved to Sydney for University, where I am currently in my 4th year of a Civil Engineering and Project Management at the University of Sydney. I love to share my passion for STEM and sports with the kids whilst creating a fun environment for them to spend their afternoons!

My name is Olivia but I also go by Liv. I grew up in Nowra and moved to Sydney in 2023 to pursue a communications degree at UTS, majoring in Journalism and Media Arts Production. I’ve been at Flasca since the end of 2024. Additionally I work independently in disability support with clients in both primary and high-school. I’m very lucky to have many unique experiences across both jobs. At Flasca I love the varied work of running activities for small and large groups of kids. I particularly enjoy creating connections with a wide range of individuals and families within the Forest Lodge community. Hey, I’m Arlo. I’ve been working at FLASCA for half a year. I am studying at ACU and hope to one day become a PE teacher at a secondary school so working at FLASCA has exposed me to many positive teaching opportunities and experiences. I enjoy watching and playing sports such as AFL and am involved with music. I love sharing my passion for both sport and music with FLASCA and will continue to do so in the future.

Hey I’m Liam! I’ve been at FLASCA for around half a year now. I’ve been studying at USYD in environmental studies and finance for two years now and hope to become an environmental advisor and bringing my STEM skills to FLASCA’s stem club has been awesome! I am very passionate about AFL, rowing and love watching and playing all sports. I have loved sharing all my passions at FLASCA and hope to continue!

Hi! My name is Hazel. I joined the FLASCA team in Term 3 this year. Despite being new to the team, the staff and students have been very welcoming and have made me feel so supported. I’m currently in my first year of university. I’m studying Secondary Education (majoring in English and drama). Having said that, all the fun that happens here at FLASCA is slowly pushing me towards switching to studying primary education. In my free time, I like to play tennis, bake sweet treats and listen to musical soundtracks. Thankyou!

Hi! My name is Liv and I’ve been working at FLASCA since 2024. It’s been a wonderful experience getting to know the kids and learning about what makes each of them special! I’m a Fine Arts student so my favourite part of my job is running our arts and crafts activities. I find this to be a great opportunity to encourage kids to consider challenges creatively and with an open mind. After finishing my degree, I’d like to keep working with kids and with the community. I already volunteer with a great program at Addi Rd!

My name is Rupert, and I've been working at FLASCA since the start of 2025. I was actually a Flodge kid myself back in the day (Kindy 2012), and was school captain in 2018. I'm working at the school of my childhood, and I'm happy to say I'm loving every minute of it. I'm a proud Kamilaroi man, and I plan on commencing University studies come 2026. I love the outdoors, staying active, and keeping in touch with friends and family through music and travel. See you out there!

Hi my name is Tahliya and I have been working at FLASCA for a year and half whilst studying Primary Teaching at the University of Sydney. I am from Coffs Harbour and living in Sydney to pursue my professional soccer dreams. In my spare time I love spending my time at the beach and with family and friends.
